Your sites are drawn to the millimetre. Your money should be too.

AakarX keeps project-wise books for interior design studios and PMCs: what clients owe you, what you owe vendors and contractors, and what each project actually made.

Four places a studio’s money leaks without anyone noticing

  1. Extras agreed on WhatsApp never reach an invoice.

Every project carries a billing plan. Milestones that are due and not yet invoiced stay at the top of your overview until you bill them.

  2. One client’s advance quietly pays another site’s carpenter.

Each project shows cash received minus cash paid out. When it goes negative, you can see you are funding it from your own pocket.

  3. Supervisors spend cash on site and the bills turn up weeks later, if at all.

Supervisors log the spend from their phone with a photo of the bill, only on the sites you assign them.

  4. TDS on contractors gets missed, and input GST is lost at year end.

AakarX suggests 194C TDS as you pay, and keeps the GST and TDS registers your CA downloads.
